Shipping Policy
For Portugal (including Madeira and Azores) our orders will be delivered by CTT Expresso (Portugal) in 1-4 working days.

For abroad our orders will be delivered by DHL in 1-5 working days. Customs clearance may be required.

Portugal – 5€ (1-4 working days)
Spain – 10€ (1-5 working days)
European Union - 15€ (1-5 working days)
Rest of the world - 15€ (2-5 working days)

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to exchange or return any item bought at Paipur, you should contact us by email
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
You also must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and our shop can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
